Your Project Coordinator will provide services such as:
- Pre-installation and ongoing meeting coordination
- Resource planning and integration
- Project timeline and schedule planning
- Delivery and installation planning
- Specification and order audit
- Coordination with other trades and contractors
- Building management coordination
- Project issue resolution
- Punch list walk through
- Open issue reporting, follow up and close out
